Prerequisites

1. Successful registration on ebUtilities.at as a
   • Community Generation Facility (within the meaning of sec. 16a of the Electricity Act 2010 ElWOG)
   • Renewable Energy Community (within the meaning of sec. 16c ElWOG)
   • Citizen Energy Community (within the meaning of sec. 16b ElWOG)
   • Energy service companies companies (“Authorised Parties” as defined in sec. 19a ElWOG)
2. Completing the registration form
   You will find the Terms of Use
3. To successfully complete a registration, the following documents must be uploaded via the registration form:
   • Extract from the Commercial Register or Associations Register (only for legal entities)
   • Valid passport or valid identification card or valid driving licence of the authorised signatories
   • Valid passport or valid identification card or valid driving licence of designated users
   • Energy communities (CGF, REC, CEC)
     Signed agreement with the applicable distribution system operator

If all prerequisites are met, electronic access to the User Portal will be activated within 10 business days. Due to the currently very high number of new registrations, there are temporarily longer waiting times for the processing of registrations.
